Datawind — Defective Product received.

Hi, I have received Tablet In the beginning of this month & upon opening the package I found that the camera was dislocated & product was in manufacture defect condition. Above issue has been raised with datawind CC and as per their suggestion same has been submitted to Srisai Phone Care on 4th of Oct 2013 (Job order No.6539 / Order no.LKASCKT002J87). Even after so many reminders I was told that the part has not reached from head office to replace the defect part. After 25 days when I called [protected] CC representative and they told me that it would be resolved before 7th November 2013. Since the TAT has been breached, am not interested in buying defect product, pls arrange for full refund without any deductions. Thanks & Regards, Manu Bhargav

Hi,

As per my latest tele conversation with Sri sai phone care today(Mobile No.[protected], Anjali), they have confirmed that the replacement part has not received by them from data wind. Its been almost month now and there is no satifactory response from any of you.

Pls let me know the refund status without any deduction ASAP to avoide legal proceedings.
