Damaged product " UB slate 7c+ Edge" delivered on 22nd July 2014. Till then writing them mails but not getting the reply . Once they provide a service center address Ambe Electrinics Sector 18 Noida . But they requfsed to take it as per them they are not authorised service center from last 4 years. Till then no update from Datawind and also toll free no is not getting connected if connected they are disconnecting some time and some time the automatic reply is disconnecting even multiple tries. I just have a automated reply for ticket no Ticket ID is -0722DL18063 and a damage product.
Bad company, Worst product and service.. :(
