[Resolved] Datawind — Disappointed with service & product waste of money & time...

Dear sir I had ubislate 7c+ Edge tablet there was a lot of network issues and unable to start and charge, the phone doesn't get connected when I dial and when I try to call the number from a differnt phone the phone says not reachable so I raise a complaint (ref/complaint no - 0914MH2325) to your CC and submit my tab at (sukir mobile station road kolhapur, maharashtra ) on 24/01/2014 but after 6 months I didn't get my tablet back.Number of time I had contact by mail and by call to your so called customer care centre but every time I call your CCE they never shows concern on my complaint and always try to wrap the call by providing resolution and most offensive they keep the call on hold for long time and then they disconnect the call.
I am very very disappointed and pissed off with your company and service, I want my tablet in this week All the customer helpline nos are useless . There is no information about my tablet. I have wasted lots time & money on calling the helpline as well as their other offices numbers from last 6 months. It was very inconvenient and for me. If I do not get my tab in this week I will surely go to consumer court and raise a complaint against your company.
so its humble request to look into the matter and resolve my issue regarding my Tab asap
