I sent the iPhone 7 in for service. The phone was turned off due to a display issue, as it had not been used for the previous nine months. An official from Yaantra took pictures of the phone at that moment. A technician called me later and recommended that I replace the screen and the power on/off button. once that, I told them to change the display and power button. They now claim that the touch pad is broken, but once I clarified that it was working, they threatened to confiscate my phone.

    I raise a request for change of Keyboard & Touchpad on 7th Nov 2023 but it is very unfortunate that he send back after more than a week without raplacement and payment was done.
    when raise complain than he again take the Laptop on 1dt Dec 2023 by Request Id -398380 but till now not ready to deiver it on daily basis new and new argument.

      I made my device realme 2 pro screen replaced via yaantra . They replaced the screen and additionally provided 3 months of warranty. The mobile display didn't seem to be of perfect finishing so I returned and asked to properly fix the issue but thrice they returned the same so I paid 300 less. Lately i came to know that they have put oppo f9 pro display. Later device stopped working in 3 months so I asked for warranty claim but the pickup agent refused to take giving reasons that the display is damaged from inside the fact is there is no sign of scratch or dent on the screen . ### excuse .

        Yaantra app keeps crashing,

        After starting app and adding IMEI no. yaantra app crashes with showing popup Yaantra diagnostics keeps stopping. I'm stuck for exchanging my mobile....

        My mobile has liquid contact, I had given for repair, they just told earlier one IC would be required to replace and then told we can replace it.

        They changed my mobile screen and now it has notable damage.

        This is really fraud company should be aware of before giving anything to repair.

        We have recieed device in our repairing center and after diagnosis we found initially SUB PCB is completely water damaged and liquid spread everywhere.
        So we have sent this device to Brand service center to further diagnosis and we found Sub PCB and Display damage & need to be changed. Team shared repairing cost with customer but customer denied the same and we delivered it to customer as it is on 26th July.
        At time of delivery we have not received any complaint from customer side. We have rechecked this case with the branch team & as per the team device is completely water damaged and liquid spread everywhere. Also as per team you have not shared any kind of issue at the time of delivery. After a few days you have raised this concern. The team already updated you that the device is damaged & now liquid is spreading in the whole screen & it will not work properly.

          I have ordered Poco X5 pro 5g mobile for the exchange of redmi note 5 pro. When the delivery executive checked with the yaantra server and told that IMEI no is not matching and not accepting the mobile. But in other exchange sites when i enter the IMEI NO, its perfectly matching
          Kindly solve the issue with the app that are not capturing IMEI no with the devices. Requesting yours reply asap.

            Mobile repairing service is worst

            Yantra is the biggest fraud company which uses its brand association with Flipkart for looting people.
            I had reboot issue with my poco X3 pro which is one year old and out of warranty.As service center asked me to pay for the motherboard replacement which cost around 10k I prefer Yantra for the my phone repair.We agree for rupees 3500 if phone gets repaired successfully.
            After one month they called me and asked for the 3500...

            I had requested for mobile display from Yaantra by paying 3000 and the Team replaced the display and handed over to me it was working fine for 3 hrs.
            The next day when I tried to on it was blinking and Team came down the other next day and took the mobile mentioning it was a version issue and now claiming the led is damaged because of physical damage.
            When I handed over the mobile there was not even a single line of damage was there still the team is telling me physical damaged

            The led has been damaged and it's because of physical damage and there is no damage to the screen( which she spoke about and can't write in the email )

            Now they want me to pay 2000 to fix the issue.

              Got to know about Yaantra from a friend and he had a good experience. Called customer service and explained the problem. Someone from the service team collected from home for a 100 rs pick-up charge. Got a call from Service Center stating a part should be changed and it will cost around 1200 rs. I denied it and asked how much you will give for my phone? He did not listen to me and started bargaining on the service charges and finally agreed to 800 rs and said for 3 months is a guarantee. After service, they collected 800 rs from me, and in the invoice, it was mentioned one month. No response to my calls and messages till now. Already one month is over.

                Dear sir,

                I purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy ( J2 Pro ) from your Chennai Service centre located Chetpet ( Opp Ega Theatre )
                on 25.12.2021 for Rs 4100/

                After purchasing the mobile phone I have to go through a lot of difficulties ultimately We sold back to Yaantra for Rs 2241./
                on 7.3.2022 ( Buy back )

                Following are the sequence of events that took place between 25.12.2021 and 7.3.2022 .

                1 Purchased refurbished Galaxy phone on 25.12.21 for Rs 4100/

                2 Since there was a connectivity issue I visited the service centre for
                servicing on 29.12..2021.
                They replaced another mobile of similar model.

                3 The replaced mobile phone had a similar connectivity problem . I was not able to make outgoing calls ( As the message will indicate to register network ) . However, I used the mobile phone only for limited purposes for about a month and a half.

                4 Around February 9th I made an online request for service for my mobile phone. After a couple of days a technical person came to our place and picked the mobile phone for servicing.

                5 On 15.02.2022, I was delivered the mobile phone after servicing with 3 months additional warranty.

                6 Since the problem persisted I requested a buyback around 26.02.2022. It was indicated in the Yaantra portal the estimate for buy back at about Rs 2750/

                7 The response from the Service centre came after a week and I was
                informed that a technical person will visit our place on 4.3.2022 ( 11 AM to 3 PM ) to collect the mobile phone . As no one turned during that period
                I visited the office around 7 00 P M on the same day . I Was informed that that the technical person will visit our place with a phone cash app the next day ( 5th ), I was offered only Rs 1750/ stating that there was a small dent in the mobile phone . (The almost invisible dent was there when the replacement mobile phone was given to me) . I did not accept the said amount. The technical person told me to visit the office for a sale on the 7th.
                I called around 4 30 P M on the said day to say that the amount offered was unreasonable.

                I was told to come to the office at around 6 PM . Immediately I visited the office and the technical person gave a buy back price of Rs 2241/ . With out any alternative I accepted for reduced offer and my bank account
                was credited with Rs 2241/ in one hour
                Conclusion
                1 I have to go through a lot of difficulties after buying the mobile phone

                2 Even though the mobile phone was sparingly used and it was given
                for buy back during the warranty period I had a loss of Rs Rs 1859/ (
                Rs 4100 - Rs 2241 ). of Rs 4100/ I was given only Rs 2241/

                1 Please consider the additional amount for the reasons stated above
                and the ordeal I have gone through.

                    Hi, I handed over my laptop with some motherboard issue on 23rd Oct 2021, and I have not received it back yet. I am tired of calling them again and again, they are keep giving fake promises that they have handed my laptop over to logistic team. I am keep asking them to dispatch and provide me the tracking id. But they are not dispatching it and not providing any tracking id.
                    Please help me to get my laptop back. This seems to be a fraud company.

                      On 26th oct 2021 I received a call from yaantra representative..and i was highly entertained by him telling that my phone would be repaired within maximum 2-4 days. On 27th October 2021 my phone was picked up from home. And after that next day I received a call from yaantra that my phone has dispaly problem and back panel damaged. They told me it would cost me 5500. I told them I would let u know and same day i told them that couldn’t afford this much and my budget is max. 3000 hence they told me i will get it done under 3500. I approved the same but after some time i called them back after 10 mins.. and told them that its not in my budget so don’t repair it and return back the device. But the engineer who’s repairing my phone told me that i started the work and assembled all the parts and the phone will be ready by today morning. And it is almost ready.
                      Inspite it was not in my budget i asked them if you have started the work and the phone is ready and will be delivered by tomorrow kindly process the same.
                      But next day I didn’t receive any update. And the same continues till next 10 days.
                      I’ve received no update. They neither pick up the call nor call back nor reply nothing.
                      It’s been more than 10 days no information is received.
                      And now I’m irritated by their service.
                      And I’m not going to pay them a single penny

                        This is regard to by service requests 341603 and 341538.

                        I intend to write a long post, I'm having horrible experience with these service requests.

                        Yesterday I had given my oppo f3 and Coolpad cool1 for screen replacement with yantra. The technician came and replaced both screens and asked not to open the protective cover and plaster used to keep the glue at place for 3 hours. When we opened both phones after 3 hours, we were shocked to see the display quality of the screens. The oppo f3 looks so dark and looks like a filter applied to it with red tint, colours were absolutely horrible, even on full brightness it looks extremely dark. Oppo f3 is known for its display quality, so I checked if it's something to do with the firmware, but when I clicked pics and sent to another redmi phone to check, the image clarity as seen on the redmi is as good as it was before the screen replacement of oppo f3. So the screen that was replaced is either defective or of extremely cheap quality. Even cheap quality displays would be better, it's absolutely defective.

                        The other screen replacement was for Coolpad cool1, this replaced screen also has issues, it turned extremely dim and touch was of extremely poor quality.

                        So this morning when I approached the customer care, first they were non responsive, then later they told both screens will be replaced and they will send a technician, but I didn't get call from anybody. I sent message on customer care whatsapp number with images and video of the poor quality of screen, and that I intend to lodge a consumer complaint, then I got another call from head office saying that they will send a technician. But till now I didn't receive a call from anybody.

                        Now finally technician calls and tells this is the quality for the screens that can be put if not original, but they never mentioned before they won't use original screen, and I'm sure for 5k original screens can be procured. But it's not about quality, the replaced screens are absolutely defective

                        Overall they charged 5000/- to put defective and cheap quality screens for 2 phones. This is horrible service.

                        Also, the reason I had given phones to repair with yaantra was, last time you had replaced screen of same Coolpad cool1 a year back and the job done was extremely good. So clearly this is to get customers onboard. This is not a random complaint, this complaint is by a customer who had good experience in the past with same company. So I kindly request company and it's management to look into this matter and resolve/refund the issue.

                        I'm attaching the display of the oppo f3 screen for your reference.
                        In the below attachment you can see the screen display quality, the phone below is the new oppo f3 replaced screen. Even on full brightness it's extremely dark, and also the colors are extremely horrible. This oppo phone had fhd screen.

                        I'm also attaching a video clip of youtube in which you can clearly see the issue mentioned. The left side phone is the one which has it's screen replaced with defective piece. You can clearly see the video quality difference even on full brightness it is extremely dark, also the colors are extremely bad, prior to this replacement both screens had similar FHD display.

ID is-337180. yaantra has repair it and return back to me. when i checked it my mobile was not working. again i called to yaantra and share mobile issue video to him. then he told me we will pickup your phone and resolve your issue. today almost 15 days completed but no one coming and pickup my phone. every day they told me will be let you know when it will be pickup.

                              Gave mobile for repair and it took couple of days for them to inform and detect motherboard issue . They gave me estimate for motherboard replacement in case if i am interested but i asked to returned the device. Out of my surprise they gave me phone with screen glass broken with intact tampered glass..so it feels to me they do take out original parts which are in working condition and replace them with broken ones. It is very unprofessional of them to the treatment of the grievance complaint. It took almost 8 days for them to even notice this complaint and coming with standard reply...we can't do much and its not our mistake ( Intact tampered glass but screen damaged. Come on!! have some and show some decency to your customers and don't let your greed to play against their emotions)

                                As i am the custome of yaantra mu id is 338570 i have given my phone for service in your institute there was no issues of display.. But when it was returned the mobile with service there was worst response by your institute and the display was in problem... So they told me to pay 8000 ... Even there was not done with thw service well...So i am not going t pay any amount i need my mobile back with the same cindition ...

                                  I gave my Lenovo laptop which was having boot issues along with an advance payment of Rs. 500 to Yaantra on 24th August 2021 against Service Request number 338486.

                                  After that it has been an endless wait, with false promises from Noida team that the local Hyderabad team will connect and resolve my issue.

                                  Leave aside resolving my issue, they are yet to diagnose the problem and inform me. Every time they ask me for one more day and its now 6 days, with no issue resolution in sight.

                                  Customer service number provided is always busy. I am now asking them to return back my laptop to me, as is, and they are delaying this ordeal further.
