STILL AWAITING FOR PRODUCT Apart from the fact that datawind official left their response that our product had been dispatched against order no pm26e , feb'11. Till date we had not received any product not any awb details or docket details. Datawind is repetedllt telling lies with their customer. Are you want that I must go to Consumer Forum or Court then you will deliver my Ubislate 7ci. Why not clearing the delivery schedule. Your representative will talk with me over telephone (twice) and I have confirmed both the times to pay Rs. 500.00 to courier.

      I have paid Rs 2,999/-through Demand Draft number 715864 to purchase a Ubislate 7+ tablet from Datawind on April 2012 when i was in Jalandhar (Punjab).Tablet Booking Id is PM487DC37DD1. On August 2012, I was shifted to delhi due to job. I gave them my delhi address to dispatch tablet through mails so many times.on Sep 2012 Datawind gave me offer to Upgrade a latest tablet Ubislate 7 Ci instead of my old tablet by paying extra RS 500 at the time of Delivery.I agreed to the offer. but yet days and days are over but tablet not dispatched.

      Due to very long waiting from Datawind , i decided to cancel my order with Datawind, Regarding This i called them to refund my money .They told me that will refund money within a week.But till now they neither refunded the amount paid nor disapatched the tablet. This is a fraud compony ,he promises the customers but no delivery , No refund ...I am very tired due to mental harassment from Datawind.
      Please help me To get refund from Datawind and please tell also what type of legal action can be taken against Datawind.

        I booked Ubislate 7+ on Datawind's own website in January 2012. I paid Rs. 2999/- by at par cheque, which they cleared in their account. They promised delivery in March 2012. As I did not receive it, I asked for refund. After many mails they stopped responding. They have neither delivered nor refunded up to now.

        I also booked 2 Ubislate 7+ online and paid the advance payment of Rs. 2999/- each by cheques in june-july 2012. The payment got cleared and then Datawind started its murky games. As claimed by Datawind if we pay the the cost of tab in advance, there will be assured delivery in the subsequent months which is mentioned there when anyone books the tab online. But every time when me or my younger brother called, they regretted and assured about the delivery in next month or so on. But their assurance always turned false. So now i am thinking of asking/claiming(if required) for the refund of my amount with the market interest on that amount, simply because the kept my payment by giving false promises/assurances. I am thinking how much money they must have earned by keeping the money of public in their bank accounts.

          I had booked UBI Slate Aakash Tablet vide Booing ID PMD0B7111E5A.

          I paid a cheque of Rs 2,999/- to Datawind as per their email. Thereafter I lodged a complaint thru youe website since they did not deliverd the tablet.

          Thereafter I received a call on my cell phone +91 [protected] from them saying that the model which I have booked is not available If you want we can send you the another model which is higher and you have to pay cash Rs 1,800/- to the courier. I agreed for the same.

          They delivered the tablet but the same is faulty. It is not working properly. This is my 3rd Round of Complaint and I still have not heard anything from them

          I will handover the faulty tablet to the person or the courier person if there is instruction from the DATAWIND to hand it over the faulty tablet.

            Hello there,


            Its Avinash here. I have purchased a new ubislate7c+ device. I received it
            yesterday. My invoice no. Is AMBDPA[protected] dated 20/04/2013. I am very
            sorry that its not a quality product as my tab. Is hanging again and again and
            itsnot working well. Each and every time I starts I have to off it by on off button
            or reset button because it hangs again and again. I have even done factory reset
            and wipe its flash, but it still not working well. So I request to the manufacturer
            of Aakash to replace my product with a new one. Kindly do this or take a
            positive action. I have not got any reply from the manufacturer. Waiting for a positive reply from your side.

              I have ordered the tablet PC on Jan 2012. I have paid and amount of 2999/- payable at Datawind Innovation pvt.ltd. they have promised to deliver my device a month later. But since it has been a year i ordered i have not received my device till now. As they promise every time that it will be delivered in next few days, few months. There is no reply form their side an the call is not being attended. So i request either they refund the money or send the device in few days.

                My tablet screen broke due to an accident. I have send it to datawind service center for repairing. As they told me to send it with the check of Rs.1500.
                After giving payment they are not giving my tablet. I send them on 26/11/2012, but till now they are not giving my tablet back. One day they called me for a upgrade that I will get the Ubislate &c+ instead o[censored]bislate Ci by paying 1000Rs COD. After upgrading they told me they will dispatch it on 20/04/2013. On the given date have not dispatched my Tablet. I have my representation in my college, then also they didn't dispatched. Now I have no any other device to show my representation in College. Please Help me.....................................

                    I have paid 100 % payment i.e.Rs 4,999/- for to purchase a Ubislate 7 C+ tablet from Datawind on date 18 Feb 2013 Its Booking Id is PMA720A40DC, As per the information on web site of Datawind , the Delivery of My Device should be in 72 hrs after on line payment, till to date( A period of 60 days Over) they have not despatched my Ubislate 7 C+ tablet yet.on date 03 April 2013 Datawind given me offer to Upgrade a latest tablet Ubislate 7 C + Edge instead of my old tablet by paying extra 1000 at the time of Delivery and Delivery Period is within 10 days but yet 15 Days Over but not despatched, Due to very long waiting from Datawind to depatch my tablet i purchased other tablet from market, so i have decided to cancel my order with Datawind, Regarding This i have send 7 email Reminder to cancel and refund my money to Datawind but He is not responding my mails as well as No contact number of Datawind is working.                     My Name is Manjith Adapa. I have ordered the Ubislate7+ in the month of August, 2012 with a payment of Rs. 3, 698/- and the Order Number is PMA21D6. I have called multiple times to enquiry about the delivery of the product but there was no concrete response and finally in the Month of December I have received an email to pay Rs.500/- and upgrade the product with an offer of Rs.500/- Discount, as an optimist consumer of the e-Shopping I have made the Payment without second thought in the hope if getting the product at the earliest and the Order ID now was: PM84C1F85E64. I have sent multiple mails and called multiple times but everything has gone to Deaf Ears.

                    Finally in April, 213 I receive a call from BlueDart informing me to collect the same product by paying Rs. 1000/- e xtra, I decided to not to pay the money again and sent mails to Datawind but have not got any response

                    I need my Money Back ASAP.

                      I have ordered Ubislate7Cp_kbc on march 8th(08/03/2013) through online payment. When i have ordered the product, Datawind said it will be delivered in 3 working days. Its has been more than 35 days now and i still didnt get the product. I tried several times to reach them, but there was no repsonse.

                      When i check the status, it shows simply "Dispatch", But no updates. I some how managed to talk with one of their execuive 15 days before and he said my order has not been delivered because of keyboard unavailability. I asked him to skip the keyboard and dispatch only the tablet. He seems happy and said he will dispatch immedietly and i will get the product in 7 days. Until now nothing has happened. I have reffered atleast 15 members to buy this product and all of them have got the product.
                      Please give me one good reason why it has not been delivered yet and give me the exact date of delivery and its AWB number or atleast refund my money of Rs.5299.

                      Dont test our patience anymore.

                      pls dont reply saying "Your query has been forwarded to concerned person or team."

                      Last thing, i[censored] have rights to hold my money without delivering the product, i also have rights to abuse u.

I have sent it back to Amritsar address which was given by customer care and i send it by Fedex courier on 07/03/2013 and i have not recieved it back till now. I called them after every 2 days but they say that it will reach my home after 48 hours. But it doesn't came.

                                I have booked Ubislate 7c+ Tablet on 12th March by making online payment on Datawind's website(Order no.PM3A1D284A51). Datawind company promised me for sending the tablet within 72 working hours but now even after 30 days (more than 1800 hours) I didn’t get the Tablet yet, not even they contact and tell why they are getting late. I tried to contact the company many many times but none of there phone is working([protected]-no response ; [protected], [protected], [protected] -pick up & cut the phone immediately, no response, or tell to call another no. which has same problem). I tried to check the order status online but its not showing any relevant info, just telling "keep checking". I had booked this to gift my daughter but now that imp date has gone, its useless now. Since I have already paid and am not getting any response by online query, phone now I am under tremendous tension. I cant cancel as they deduct almost 10%.If you can't deliver then why do you promise! At least tell me exact date when will I get my tablet? Please help me out. Thank you.

                                    Please not that i had purchase UBISLATE 7C+ TABLET through online (Vied bill No.M2743/[protected], Order No.49939, received on 22.0.04.2013) when i arranged prepaid Airtel connection. i was informed that this Tablet could not connected Internet.
                                    Secondly, this TABLET becomes VERY HOT WITHIN one hour (and battery did not have backup) of reading use and not game playing and TABLET'S main menu not working.

Unfortunately i damaged it touch screen.Now i am unable to find a service center for it for last 4 months. I heard that there is only 1 service centre of Akkash in India. Disgusting.                                     Recently I purchased Aakash tablet Ubislate 7C+ & gifted to my sister in law on her birthday (Jabalpur, MP) but when she received this tab & checked it, she found charger is not working and sometimes his touch is also not working. It is really imbarrasing and pathetic for receiving such of response about Akash...It states all Akash goodwill on stake. So request you to please advice proper resolution for the same.                                     Besically dear friends Aakash tablet is another a big scame in series. All the grabage from the foreign company dump hare with a very strong only sales network. Once you got the tablet it will show the problem with in a week. It is even poor in campate to chinees items atleast they stay with us up to certain time and cheep as well in cost.
                                    I have also purchage aakash tablet and as usal its not functioing right after 10 days of its purchage. from 2 months i have contact at least 20 nos and every body is just bloody people to cheating us. they are the indians and they enjoying to cheeting us regularly.                                       datawind company is not sending my tablate still after one month of the of the payment made by me while I was notified that I will receive my tablate within 7-8 working days after that payment. They are only trying to escaping me.by so many false excuse and giving me wrong information.
                                      So kindely help me.

                                      Hello my complaint has been solved ... Thanks for consumer complainants site.so now I want to remove my complaint.from this site..plz tell me how can I remove my complaint...

                                      I, Nikhil Dhande, had ordered Aakash 2 (ubislate 7c+) after receiving an email from datawind, in which they stated that the product is ready for delivery.
                                      so I completed online order procedure and online payment on 9th march, 2013 by paying rs. 4799/-. but till date I haven't received the product.
                                      since then i have been trying regularly to contact them by emails and phones but they are not at all bothered to respond. so i request you to help me by getting my product delivered to me as early as possible.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        Subject : Not received Tablet from Datawind company after 15-16 months.

                                        This is refer to Datawind Tablet (Ubislate7+ )booking ID is PM21B9556AA6. The order was booked on dated 2nd feb 2012 with option of advance payment done for free delivery & quick delivery of tablet., but till date I have not received item with so many email reminders & tel. talk with company. Further Datawind offered me upgraded Tablet & order booked accordingly, Booking ID no.PMF2F41 for immediate delivery of Tablet within 10 days on dated 25th feb 2013, but till date I have not received item. They are not giving any details for delivery schedule to me ,not talking to me on phone & not sending item to me after 15 months & also not refund my money due to over booking etc. etc. reasons at their ends.
                                        I feel that I have been cheated with this shopping & helpless, on part of online shopping through "Datawind".
                                        So pls. help me sir to come out with this matter & to get delivery of item.
