      i m booking the ubislate 7 + in 14 april 2012 and also pay the amounts through cheque on favour of DATAWIND. and company SEND me the aknoldgement mail to me that he received the payment against the order no PC0MEC23. and date of delivery is end of July. after july i m sending the mail again for delivery, the company reply your device delivered in august. again i repeat the mail for delivery he again reply your device send to you in september 2012. but he not sending the device. i m sending the another mail in september then after he reply in 18th september for upgradation of product. but still not send the product. after that he mailed me your device have been delivered via DTDC consignement no.AWB no. I00534095 on[protected] and again send the mail on 9.11.12 for your last AWB no. I00534095 is wrong kindly ignore it your new AWB no. I00386474 . after this i m contacting the dtdc courier with this new no they told your device return to DATAWIND. after that i m many time sending the mail for delivery to device but company not respond to me

      Dear Sir,

      I had been booked akash Tablet and Made Payment In 8th June 2012. Still I didn't get delivery of device. also I have made Lot of times communication with Datawind via Email. They are Failed to Deliver product.

      I am Waiting for Device From One Year!!!!
      If they are Unable to Deliver Product, Datawind Should Refund Money !!

        I had made a payment of Rs 2999/- in february 2012 but have not received Ubislate till date. Despite repeated attempts to contact Datawind, I have not been able to contact them so far. My mobile number is [protected] and email Id is [protected]@jmi.ac.in.

        If they do not contact me very soon, I am going to sue them for damages.

          I was book Akash tablate -2 last year. Behalf of that i received Ubislate 7 C+ latest version tablate of rupees 5000 Rs.
          But after paying money Open the tablate found damage screen.This tablate will send back to customer care in amritsar after clearance of those technical team mamber for replacement.All requiered data is attached for your refearance. Kindly do inquiry to those person and ask to them for quick response, i was already pay full amount.

            I had booked Aakash Tablet Booking ID: PMA45715EE9 in month of March 2012.

            Paid advance payment of Rs. 2999.00 in May 2012 vide ICICI Bank Cheque No. 307480.

            Confirmed for higher version in Sept.-Oct 2012.

            Got call for address confirmation in third week od Dec. 2012 for aakash Tablet delivery.

            But till date not received the aakash tablet. Please look into the matter and help me.

              I had booked the UBI Slate 7 vide booking ID PMD0B7111E5A. I had sent a cheque of Rs 2,999/- to Datawing as per their email received. I did not received the piece. Hence I lodge a complaint thru this site. They called up afetr that and said that the product which I booked is not in production now and the highr version is available but I need to pay Rs 1,800/- in cash to the Courier. I received the product thru BLUEDART COURIER.

After that I have paid the amount 2999 rs to datawind. Still date I have not receive dthe product. every time I have received mails go for upgraded version.                     since then i have been trying regularly to contact them by emails and phones but they are not at all bothered to respond. so i request you to help me by getting my product delivered to me as early as possible.

                        I have booked a Ubislate 7+ on website www.datawind.com by booking ID is "PM86F45C614". It was Booked on June 23, 2012.
                        I have sent to company (Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., 8148, Jubilee Complex, Sultanwind Road, Amritsar – 143001) Full Advance Payment by a cheque (SBI) No. 370457 of amount Rs 2999 Dated[protected]
                        for Ubislate 7+.
                        I request Company that please send this Ubislate 7+ to my address As soon as possible.

                        Company had promised to deliver Ubislate 7+ in month of August.
                        But company had not sent the product till October.

                        Later company had offer an upgrade offer from Ubislate 7+ to Ubislate 7ci which will be shipped within 72 hours


                        So I accepted the offer.

                        But till date company had not shipped the product and beating about bush.
                        I have sent to company Full Advance Payment by a cheque(SBI) No.370457 of amount Rs 2999,Dated[protected] for Ubislate 7+

                        which was,according to offer, upgrade to the UbiSlate7Ci, the extra charge is only Rs.500, payable at time of delivery.

                        on Jan 3,2013 company told (on my mobile) me that your product is being sent to you by courier service and will reach to you within a week at Address Sh Amar Singh Beniwal Advocate,Ram Colony, Barnala Road, SIRSA-125055, Haryana.

                        But product has not reached yet.

                        I want to know when the product will be delivered to me? Please also inform me Address and Contact number of courier service with shipping detail if any, so that i can contact the courier company.

                        I think company has taken my money and making me fool by not delivering product.

                                  I have received the UBI Slate from DATAWIND after great follow up after payning additional Rs 1800/- in CAsh to the blueDart Courier since the product delivered was advanced than the product which I had booked.

                                  However the product delived is faulty and is getting hanged again and agaian It seems that the product has in built Hardware problem

                                    I had upgraded my 2 nos o[censored]BISLATE 7+ (PM72DFF5518E & PMD3480A06EC) to UBISLATE 7C+ (PME2841D6C6F and PMED93489AC8) as per Datwind's upgradation offer on 9 th feb 2013 by paying (Rs 1700 +Rs 1700= Rs 3400) through credit card on 12th feb 2013.In their offer DATAWIND proposed me to pay (Rs 1500+ Rs 1500) Rs.3000 towards upgradation o[censored]BISLATE 7+ to UBISLATE 7C+.But at the time of online payment additional Rs. 400 have been taken by DATAWIND. Thereafter I sent many mails to DATAWIND mentioning online payment made by me on 12 Feb 2013 and sending delivery of goods.

                                    On 1st March 2013 at 6.00 pm delivery boy ( Named Rajesh chalke , mobile no [protected]) from FEDEX courier come to deliver 2 nos. o[censored]BISLATE 7C+ sets. Initialy he asked me to pay Octroi amount I agreed for it and asked me to sign on electronic recieved device I did so. Then he
                                    asked me to pay additional Rs 1800 +[protected] and Rs 376 + 376 (Rs 752/-)towards COD and Octroi respectively . But I had paid already online Rs 1700 + 1700 towards additional upgradation charges as per your offer on 9th Feb 2013. But I was ready to pay octroi charges but Delivery boy deny to give me delivery though, I showed all online documents which are attached to this email as proof of payment made.Even I talked to FEDEX office person on phone call regarding to delivery.After many reminders from me regarding to above matter, DATAWIND have not taken any step to resolve this matter.Therefore I may kindly request you to either resend goods with proper document (Cash bill and not a COD bill)or you may refund my paid amount Rs. 9400.00 to my Axis bank a/c no [protected], bandra East , Mumbai branch.

                                      I had booked 1 nos. o[censored]BISLATE 7CZ tablet phone on 24th Nov 2013 paying full amount through online payment. After 16 weeks ,payment made they have not deliver goods. I proposed them either deliver goods or refund. but they want deduct 500 Rs.
                                      It is Datawind,s inability and they are not capable to deliver goods as promised in their advertise. How can DATAWIND punish customer by deducting Rs 500 from full paid advance money in refunding.Is this called justice. Deducting Rs.500 from from paid advance is not acceptable to me

                                      DATAWIND should either deliver ubislate CZ or refund full amount. Matter is clear that I am not cancelling order but they are not in position to give delivery in time and for this you are not going face any loss .All this is because of DATAWIND's false advertisement(i.e. delivery within 2- 4 week after payment made in advance) regarding to delivery. It is their inability not to give delivery , for this They want to punish customer who trust them and pay them advance full money? Is this their business ethics for customer?

                                      With telephonic conversation with your customer care ( Mobile No[protected] Representative of DATAWIND on 28th March 2013, DATAWIND is ready to refund me Rs. 5999/-( without deducting Rs 500/-) within a week, as promised .DATAWIND asked me give my bank account detail for refund. I have mailed my bank accuont details to DATAWIND on 28th March 2013 . So far DATAWIND has not refunded as they promised. For same I have sent 2 reminder so far.
                                      Kindly deposit amount to my AXIS bank account as mentioned in mail.

Datawind promised to deliver product within 72 hours ut till date[protected] not yet received. Datawind also confirmed address on telephone. Now I checked booking status it shows "Status of your Ubislate 7Cp is pending. I requested may kindly deliver my ordered Ubislate 7C+ as soon as possible and any problem regarding delivery of product please contact me on my Cell number [protected]

                                        as on today(25/03), I still have not received dispatch details,after continuous reminders. I have less problems with waiting but this uncertainty is really testing my patience. At least provide the date of shipping

                                        I, Nikhil Dhande, had ordered Aakash 2 (ubislate 7c+) after receiving an email from datawind, in which they stated that the product is ready for delivery.
                                        so I completed online order procedure and online payment on 9th march, 2013 by paying rs. 4799/-. but till date I haven't received the product.
                                        since then i have been trying regularly to contact them by emails and phones but they are not at all bothered to respond. so i request you to help me by getting my product delivered to me as early as possible.
