I paid advance payment thro' DD on 30.01.2012. After I sent Five email at various date regarding the delivery o[censored]bislate7+. Finally i received acknowledgment for the amount receipt from each mail ( 5 times). Now there reply each mail query. and also their response query over toll free phone. There said that ubislate7+ will delivery on march end.

No way other than wait till that date

THIS IS REALLY GETTING AMAZING. I REALLY DO NOT KNOW HOW THESE GUYS ARE GOING TO SURVIVE IN THE MARKET WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT AND AMAZINGLY ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE COLLECTING MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE ( THERE HARD EARNED MONEY)

Since i have lost faith with you guys i have requested for Refund for my payment. I have sent a mail for refund on 10-Dec-2012.
Luckily i got a reply from Datawind on 14-Dec-12 with some inputs requesting from me for the refund.
On the same day 14-Dec-12 i have sent the requested details to Datawind.
After that i did not get any response from Datawind. So i have sent a reminder on 15-feb-13 to Datawind about the Refund.
Asusal no response from Datawind. I have sent a reminder again on 11-Mar-13.
My Question is How this company is surving in the Market????? Such a poor response and so much of customer complaints.
This is the Very bad experience i had with online purchase.

I have made a prepayment of Rs. 2999/- By a demand draft no. 793733 dated 04-Feb-2012 to the company in contention, for the electronic gadget ubislate 7+. I have belatedly received the acknowledgment of receipt of the payment by email on march 15, 2012 upon enquiry. As committed by the company for bookings with prepayment, preference will be given for the delivery of the item.In my case, it was told that I can receive the item by the end of march 2012.

I have not yet received the item so far from the company. I am not able to contact any representative or supporting staff of the company and their toll free support service is unresponsive to my desperate calls. Neither DID I receive the item nor any response from the company. To my surprise, the same product is being sold online by a company.

I am running pillar to post to get back the money at least, in case the company is turned out to be bogus.

After that I have send a number of mails to get the status but no proper responses are there. If you people not going to deliver then please say that also so that we can forget our money for time being and can go to media and consumer forum for complaint.

I am having similar Experience with this company I have booked my product Ubislate 7C + on COD basis in Nov 2012, In the month of January I got a mail that I will be getting my Tab at a lower price and within 72 hours, if pay the price through online. I made the payment. on 25 January. Since then I am following up with them through mails . and not getting any response.

I (Dr. N U DESHMUKH.) have booked Ubislate 7c+ Tablet on 21st March by making online payment on Datawind's website(Order no.PM3671DEBB7A). Datawind company promised me for sending the tablet within 72 working hours but now even after 10 days (more than 240 hours) I didn’t get the Tablet yet, not even they contact and tell why they are getting late. I tried to contact the company many many times but none of there phone is working([protected]-no response ; [protected], [protected], [protected] -pick up & cut the phone immediately, no response, or tell to call another no. which has same problem). I tried to check the order status online but its not showing any relevant info, just telling "keep checking". I had booked this to gift my friend but now that imp date has gone, its useless now. I had to go to Delhi but since I didn’t get this tablet I have to cancel my Delhi program, I had to face that loss too. Since I have already paid and am not getting any response by online query, phone now I am under tremendous tension. I cant cancel as they deduct almost 10%.If you can't deliver then why do you promise! At least tell me exact date when will I get my tablet? Please help me out. Thank you.
