I have pre-ordered the Ubislate 7+ tablet from Datawind technologies on 30jan12 & i got a confirmation mail from them with the following details :

I purchase a aakash tablet today on 23/3/12,After receiving an Aakash tablet 12pm,My happiness soon went off when my tablet failed to start. As per the given instructions, I first charged it full and powered-it on, but the screen didn’t lit up. I tried again and again but all in vain, nothing happened.I tried to reach customer care but the call was never connected.

I have prebooked ubislate 7+ in the month of December 2011 & sent DD of rs 2999 on feb 8th 2012 no one bothered to give revert 1st whether they received DD after loads of mails they sent yes got we got it and you will receive ubislate 7+ soon just autogenerated mail & now even there toll free number is not working its a pooor service they are not even bothered i think YES i ACCEPT NEED PATIENCE i did...

After Ubislate7+ online booking started I have booked one for me on Jan-15, the booking id is PM844FBD4328. In mid Feb-12, I received an offer of advance payment for prioritize delivery. I sent the cheque in end of feb-12 & payment was clear on 10th March-12 from m HDFC bank a/c. But still I have not received any date on delivery. Also there is no way we can talk to their customer support people as their phone lines are dead....

There is no revert from these people and seems the comitment given to u shave failed ???? by the concerned
