Recently i've ordered a datawind ubislate 3g7xtablet from datawind through online. I've received the package on 10- aug -'17. But when opened the package i've observed that there is broken tablet in that packaget.in that package contains droid surfer 10 and it was damaged screen is in"broken" state. Also as per the order i'm supposed to receive an tablet with external keyboard which is not present in the package. I tried to register a complaint on the same day by calling customer care but no one responded me well. Made multiple attempts but failed to receive
