As per yr advt in naptol in tv we ordered a tablet. Yr sales representative added some more charges for two sims and key bd. But recd on 17.05.17without sim slot and key bd. As per yr representative sent back. After much hue and cry recd after approx more than two month that too same type. Again yr representative says to send back. Now we are scared due to repeated call experience of last time. So we wanted to get back at least some of our money during reverse pick up. Which was debied shamelessly.
