[Resolved] Datawind Innovations — datawind not supplied the booked tablet nor it is refunding the paid amount. | |||||
Sir, i booked datawind tablet 3g10z on 01/04/2017 and paid online rs. 7999/- on the same date. On 05/04/2017 datawind mailed me that the product has been despatched vide awb no.[protected]. Again on 12/04/2017 another mail informed me that the despatch is further delayed for 7 working days. After that datawind is not responding my mails. I wrote one letter to its amritsar office (Post office receipt enclosed) but they have not done anything. Datawind had not supplied the article and also it is not refunding my amount rs. 7999/- even after 7 months. Earlier i have complained to this platform but nothing was achieved.
