[Resolved] Datawind Innovations — Handed wrong device (Original:- tablet-3g7x) & delaying the replacement for two months | |||||
Dear sir, I had ordered for a tablet (Model no. :- tablet-3g 7x) on "9th may'2017" from "datawind innovation pvt ltd", but had been handed a wrong device (Model:- tablet wifi device - 7w) instead of original one. After this cheating i had complaint at their customer care & registered my complaint (Id:- “0519up[protected]”) saying him to replace the original one upon which a promise of providing the original device has been made to me & said to send the wrong device at their company's address through courier. I followed so & started to wait for the replacement. Now its been more than two months that no replacement has been provided to me yet. This caused me a loss of time & unusal exhaust of money (Total rs 4000.00 alongwith courier charges) & thus making me insecure for the loss of money.
