I am pradip suryakant mane porches the device online from starcjalive POCKET SUFFER 3G5 on dated 07/04/2014. Within three month this device creating some problem and it was given to service center two times at ALLOYED SERVICE CENTER DADAR MUMBAI. Still now it is in service center from last 62 days and nobody knows where my device is. From customer care and service center also not reply me positively.When I calling to costumer care they are answering me your device will be getting within 7 days. In one day I calling in customer care 28 times, then they are assure me your device will be getting in 7 days. I calling so many times but they answering me same your device will be getting within 7 days, 7 days, 7days. Sometimes they advice me visit to service center.But there also same problem, they are told me device part is not coming I will call you after it will be ready. I visit at service center three times, and calling so many times sometimes they are reapply me madam is not coming you call after 11.00am. One day they give me one number where device was repaired in vikroli Mumbai. I call them 3-4 times but they are reply me I am in meeting please call me after some times.
