[Resolved] Datawind — non delivery of booked product even the cost prepaid to datawind | |||||
I booked ubislate 3g10z in datawind.com on 01/04/2017 and paid the cost rs.7999/- in advance. Datawind mailed on 05/04/2017 that the product is despatched to you vide awb no.[protected]. Again on 12/04/2017 i received one more mail that the despatch is delayed for 7 days. After that company did not communicated with me. I sent several mails and talked to its tallfree no. [protected] but datawind never answered my mails. Again i sent one registered letter to its amritsar office regarding the supply of product or refund of the paid money vide arv[protected]in on 22/06/2017.
