Dear Sir, I had purchased one Ubislate 7Cz - Dual SIM tab recently, which unfortunately developed Network problem with parches day o[censored]sage and subsequently I had approached your authorised service station M/s Suraj Technologies Shop No.5, Bhosale Shinde Arcade, J.M.Road Shivaji Nagar, Pune 4110004. On 27 December 2014.- Jobsheet no. MAH008J1100. I was told that the tab has got some serious troubles and has to be sent to the head quarters. But unfortunately, after the lapse of almost two month, the Service Centre people are unable to give status about my device, which is causing me great inconvenience and generating a dubious picture about the service centre and even the Datwaind India ltd. It is a pathetic state of affair and your good will is requested to make personal interventions and address my issue with top priority expecting to hear from you soon.
