Datawind — Tablet Not Repaired & not Returned

I am Mohd Sajid from Delhi. I had purchase a Datawind Tablet Aakash Ubislate 7C+ on 31st July 2013. On that there was a problem in tablet is SMS not recivied after15 days suddenly tablets touch not working than I call to Datawind and luagh my complaint and give me a ticket number (Your Ticket ID is -0924DL1625) and gives a Address of Service Center and on 26/09/2013 I diposit my tablet in S.K. Interprises, 1712, Govind Puri extn, Kalkajji, they said we give you tablet within 4-5 day after one week I was call to S.K. Interprises there no answer from there. after 15 days I had call to Datawind official service center and they said Sir, Please give us time just one week after that I call service and Datawind service center no body can help me for this regards What can I do.
