[Resolved] Datawind — tablet not working

Complaint no.1122TN7799 It is shocking that after a month of delivery, tablet stopped working. On repeated phone calls with customer care centre, I was advised to follow the stops for resetting. After several attempts I found that it was not working. Hence I had to approach the service centre - Cell Tech, Egmore, Chennai -600008. The service centre informed me that the instrument would be sent to the manufacturer and it would take a month. As I do not want to wait for a month for no fault of mine except purchasing this tablet online, arrange to make refund or replace with a new one immediately.
