RESPECTED SIR, I HAD ONLINE ORDERED THE TABLET UBISLATE 7CX. AND I HAD RECEIVED IT IN BROKEN CONDITION OF THE SCREEN OF TABLET.I QUICKLY INFORMED TO THE DATAWIND CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE ISSUE. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE PIC OF THE BROKEN DEVICE AND THE BILL AND MAIL TO THEM I DID IT. AFTER THAT THEY TOLD ME TO SUBMIT IT TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTER FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND THEY ASSURED ME TO THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAY. AND IT ALMOST 3 MONTHS OVER AND THE REPLACEMENT OF THE TABLET IS NOT YET MADE AS I HAD GIVEN IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER OF DATAWIND IN BHOPAL ON[protected]. I AM REGULARLY CALLING THE DATAWIND TECHINICAL SUPPORT FOR THE REPLACEMENT. THEY ASSURE ME TO DEVLIVER THE TABLET AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE ON EVERY CALL AND MADE ME KEEP WAITING. I CALL THEM ON EVERY WEEK AS THEY TELL ME TO AND THEY SAID TO PLLZ WAIT MORE THE PROCESS IS STILL GOING. SIR PLEASE DO TAKE SOME ACTION SO AS THE ISSUSE GET RESOLVED AND THE LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY IS FURNISED.
