Hello Sir/Madam,
I have received faulty (Broken display) tablet (Ubislate 7C+) on 19th Aug 13. Then on same day i had raised issue on it. After 15 days they given me service center address from Pune to submit my tablet.
On 3rd Sept 13, i submitted my tablet to Suraj Technology Pune and after that they said me tablet will be given back to me within 20 days.
But till date i have not received my tablet. From last three months, Customer service from datawind always telling me tablet will be replaced within next week. Till date i am waiting for their next week.
Till date i have wasted my money on call to Datawind (I think count will be more than 50) and on Petrol to rich Pune service center (Once in a week).
So please give my money back, i don't want tablet from Datawind.
