Datawind — wrong product delivered

I ordered 3g7x from datawind but they delivered 7sc* instead. They didn't even send the charger with it. Worst customer care service. They didn't reply email in time nor they give valid number. I sent the tablet for my parents so they didn't know whether the product is correct or not, and as soon as i found out i tried contacting the customer service but in vain. Please send the correct tablet. My order id is pm[protected]. I tried calling customer care number but no one answered. Please resolve this matter or else i am going to court to file fraud charge to the company.
