Dcm Financial Services Ltd — non receipt of redemption amount of debenture along with interest

The interest as well as redemption amount 10 debenture each of rs. 1000 has not been received by my father mr. Hirendra nath coomar age 90 years though same was submitted on 18/03/98 under folio no. 300940 debenture no. 0023982. Same received by your delhi office on 26/04/98. Also kyc, cancelled cheque, copy of submission proof of original certificates of debentures submitted to your delhi office via speed post on 10/07/2018. But till date nothing has been received nor any correspondence from your end. Please expedite the same considering age of poor old man.
