Dcm Financial Services Ltd — non refund of matured fds

Our fds matured in 1998. Recently, h'ble high court of delhi has appointed one man committee to look into the disbursement of principal amount. As desired by company, kyc and other related papers sent 10 months ago. Thereafter several reminders sent. Company not responding. Once, abut six months ago, i got reply that the papers are under scrutiny by the committee. It would take 4 months time. Now it is more than 6 months, neither they refunded the amount not responding to mails
