      I sold my Hyundai Accent, Reg no# UP14AZ0608.It was sold on 16-Jan-2023. All the paper work was done, I was told the vehicle will be transferred in 3 months maximum but even after 1 year it is not yet sold, I have followed up with customer care multiple times but no response.

        Today is 2nd November and I have purchased my Verna Car on 14th July from Badshahpur, Gurgaon Branch . Regrettably, I still have not received the following items:

        RC (Registration Certificate): On 3rd September, I received a picture of the RC, but it contained errors in the address and manufacturing date. I promptly informed Mr. Store Manager, Gurgaon about these issues, and he assured me that the corrections would be made within 15 days. But till date not received, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response from the store regarding the corrected RC inspite of regular follow up.
        Refer the attached both Old and new RC copy.

        Mahindra Warranty Card: At the time of the sale, it was promised that I would receive a Mahindra warranty card. To date, this has not been provided. And today only (2November) they have made the inspection of the car.

        TDS Certificate: I have not received the TDS certificate either.

        I kindly request your prompt attention to these outstanding matters. It is essential that I receive the corrected RC, the Mahindra warranty card, and the TDS certificate as soon as possible. These documents are crucial for the proper documentation and maintenance of my car.

          Refund of my Challans

          Address: Mahindra First Choice (Adharshiya Motors) - Noida

          I sold my Baleno Car DL10CJ0411 to Mahindra First Choice last year in
          the month of April. I was told I will get a refund of my Pending
          Challans as soon as they clear. My Pending challan amount was 35000
          which was blocked. Now all my challans are cleared and nobody is
          refunding that amount. Dealer of the Noida Branch are not responding
          to my calls, I have visited them at least 20 times and they keep onbr...

          Dear Team,

          I sold my Baleno Car DL10CJ0411 to Mahindra First Choice last year in
          the month of April. I was told I will get a refund of my Pending
          Challans as soon as they clear. My Pending challan amount was 35000

          After 1 day when I finally got a chance to meet them they refused to pay me back and they instantly told me it's been many days and Mahindra will not refund this amount. I have all recording, screenshots requesting amount from August 2022 onwards

          I am seriously fed up with the whole process. It's high time that I will
          file a complaint if I don't receive my pending money. Request you all
          to please look into this on a priority basis.

          Mr Abhishek was aligned with Contact No. 85275551** to get this sorted out. I sent him all recording with dealership and screenshots He is not responding to my calls from last 2 months

            According to instructed by United India Insurance Co Ltd i went to Hindustan Garage and got Rs. 21701/ by cash.

            Hindustan Garage cheated with me as Rs 1000.00

              My vehicle no : ch 01 cm 2874 ( xuv 700 )
              i sent my vehicle for service after 20000 km running, during insoection your service center found that kit pad assy front ( related to break system ) is gone and hence needs replacement for which they asked me to pay rs.5770.

              I was shocked to notice that how can such a defect happens only after running of 20000 km . I refused yo pay that ammount but your service center was ready to change whthout payment

              my complanit is that how can we afford to change such parts on payment of huge money and request your proper investigation of the issue as to why such issue has happenend

                I sold my car DL10CL0758 Honda amaze on 25th Nov’22 to Mahindra First choice Gurgaon.

                It has been sold 3 month ago to a different person.

                Till now it is running on my name not been transferred to new owner, car is running toll tax being deducted pending amt not cleared.

                Very disappointing service by below Mahindra first choice employees who not even try to contact on my registered number and refused to give pending amount of INR 5, 000

                Please help in getting this closed asap.

                  Mahindra First Choice has purchased my Car SKODA Rapid DL6CM 8238 on 10/3/2022 but they have not transferred the car either in their name or in the new owners name despite my repeated requests & reminders.

                  Even as on today[protected].20 PM car is still shown in my firms name on vahan (parivahan) site. The Copies of Sale/ Delivery Receipt & Emails exchanged are enclosed for ready reference.

                      I purchased Maruti Dzire from Guru Kripa Motors, Prashant Vihar, Delhi on 31Jan23. At the time of purchase, was informed that coupons worth Rs.2000 in shape of products ie free stay/fuel/power bank will be given. Despite more than two months and following up with dealer and MFCWL employees the same are not provided. Every time they said we are checking and let you know the status but not call back came.

                      Hope this complaint will addressed now and coupons will be provided asap.

                          I had purchased a Toyota Corolla Altis car having manufacturing registration date of October 2015 . The car was a certified car as was mentioned in the website of Mahindra First Choice and was available for sale from Motorhut, Near Kamalgazi Flyover, Kolkata. The reason for purchasing the car from Mahindra First Choice was solely because it was a listed certified car in their website which goes through certain checks before disposal to customers. 7 days After the purchase was made I went for a pollution centre to check the pollution of my car and I was shocked to know that the car has failed to pass pollution test and having an excessive pollution. To my shock I took the car to Topsel Toyota in Ruby Crossing, kolkata and they confirmed that the car is having a faulty catalytic convertor and the cost of replacement of the same is Rs 70, 000. Eventually I found out that the car was blacklisted by RTO in their website and an FIR has been registered by the RTO . I wanted to enquire that how come Mahindra can certify a car in their website which fails to pass pollution test. What solution can be done. The purchase was done in February 2023

                              I sold my Skoda Superb with Registration Number on 25 Aug 2022 and I was been assured that RC will be transferred in max 60 days. But not it is been almost 6 months car is not yet transferred. Moreover the person in-charge who handled my car is not responding.

                                I bought a car through Mahindra First Choice Dealer at Ghaziabad on 18/10/2022.
                                I was charged by Rs.5000 for transfer of car ownership, but it is clearly mentioned on their website that it is free of cost. Also, the car ownership is still pending.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I recently (FEB 2nd 2023) gave my FIAT LINEA EMOTION CAR for service in Mahindra First choice Kolar.

                                  Below are the complaint details I have asked team to check in my car (FIAT LINEA)
                                  1. Oil Leakage (Gear box seal)
                                  2. Front Headlight
                                  3. Check if AC gas is there

                                  The executive made us wait more than 6 hrs and came up with a big list saying that these parts need to be replaced (attached is the list, please have a look into it).

                                  Later I asked the team to replace only the Gear box seal and to check the headlight.

                                  Today (08 FEB 2023) I went to pick up my car, I noticed a big noise in my car which was not there at all previously.

                                  Regarding this I asked the executive, the executive responded I have already informed about this in REPAIR COST ESTIMATE form.

                                  I clearly addressed the executive and said I have never heard any noise in my car steering, so please do not replace anything over there.

                                  NOW MY CAR is having a new ISSUE which was not there when I handovered the car to MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE.

                                  I want the team to work on my issue again, I want my car back without a noise.

                                  NOTE: When I was discussing this issue with the team, I got a reply back from them saying that YOURS IS SECOND HAND VEHICLE problems will be there.

                                  I HAVE A QUESTION WITH MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE

                                  WILL MAHINDRA SERVICE ONLY THE NEW VEHICLE? as per executive
                                  word.

                                  I would request team to raise a ticket and work with the MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE KOLAR

                                    I would like to know the RC transfer issue update from your side. It's been two years since I got this vehicle from MFC, Gurgaon and this is not yet done. It's been a year since I had made this formal complaint from my end to the MFC help desk but there is no progress that I get to hear from your end till now. If there is any hope of resolution from your end let me know.
