DD Motors — regarding cng fitment

I gave my car for cng fitment in dd motor kirti nagar and they installed the kit in my car which is not working properly in car and i complaint against it in the cng department of car but no legal action has been taken they are ignoring the car and its problem and they dont want to resolve the problem. I am facing this problem from last one month.
