DD Motors — wrongly insurance policy issued | |||
I rakesh kumar bought a dezire tour s no dl1zc4660 from dd motors narela through sales man ashif and nithlesh as a commercial vehicle on 10 dec 2018 but du to mistake of staff the policy issued to me as a private car instead of commercial car. Which creat a serious problem for me i visited many time to showroom but no satisfactory answer given making me a fool i had spent rs 30038 on policy i talk to me bharat ji and mr rakesh jha ji but not get replywhere should i go please help rakesh kumar ph. I already lodge a complaint about DD motors service but they are not showing any concern about my problems. I am really very disappointed with them. Neither I got the call nor any mail from their side . My car no is HR12AD6553 it's black breeza n my contact no is [protected] . Hope to get a call or mail from their side now.
