DDA — Change Code Head for Payment of Ground Rent

Sir,

1. I generated Challan No 70371300 dated 27.02.2025 for paying Ground Rent for my Shop No 350, Plot No 8, Sector 4, Vardhman Plaza, Dwarka – 110075 (copy attached).
2. I deposited Rs 7303 against the above Challan[protected]copy of DDA Land Deposit Dept receipt is attached).
3. Erroneously I entered H – Ground Rent under Code Head 370 instead of L – Ground Rent under Code Head 570.
4. May I request you to make amendments in your records by changing the Type of Payment from H - Ground Rent (Code Head 370) to L - Ground Rent (Code Head 570) and issue a fresh Challan and Receipt for the amount of Rs 7303 paid by me.
