Dear sir,

I am here to inform you that I have tried many times to surrender the allotted MIG flat No. 916, Seventh Floor, Dwarka Sector 19B, but the status shows rejected which maybe due to the payment of application money was from my wife's account for the alloted flat and on 11.05.2021 I uploaded the cancel cheque of my account (Shyamal Kr Soren) to surrender the flat which has been rejected on the basis o[censored]nmatched IFSC code and Account number later on I have uploaded again the cancel cheque of my wife (Pushpa Munda) which again rejected with comments that Name is different. Now this issue is unresolved.

However, in this regard I have also tried to contact concerned officials to resolve this issue, but there is no positive response on the same.

The condition of the volleyball, basketball and skating area is very bad. Lots of wild plants having spines and very long grasses are grown in that area. Due to which playing and roaming in that area is very difficult, On Aug 2021, Police came and they are not allowing children to play football/cricket or any game on the lawn area of the stadium. when children Request to DDA official person to clean the volleyball court area side, ON that DDA official said "APne aap saaf karvao and khelo".

Children just have one request, remove the wild plants and long grasses near the volleyball/skating area, because NEVLA and snake came on the long grass and can be dangerous for kids.

Kindly do something.

Dear Sir / Maa;m,

I wish to bring to your notice that illegal and unauthorised construction is going on in DDA flat no: C1A / 78C, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058 for the past several weeks causing us great discomfort, mental torture, inconvenience, noise pollution. Rori, reta and badarpur is lying about on the staircase which is entering our house which is right opposite to theirs.

Today we cleaned our entire...

Sir, the dda park in my area is not at all maintained the condition is so bad that we are not able to visit the park please look into the matter thankyou

HI Sir/Madam

My mother ( senior citizen 81 years old) is the resident on 88-B have been having an issue of damp and water leakage from the floor above (88-C) in her DDA flat to her room and now it reached an extent that is ceiling has number of times in the room my mothers bedroom.

My mother had communicated the same to the resident about the issue though resident of 88-C told her there is no issue no leakage his flat even after showing him the state of her house. Because which my mother had put tiles on that side of the wall so that damp does not cause mould in our house as the resident in 88-C is advising there is no leakage from his house and is not willing any repairs done in the flat.

Though now because of the water leakage from top floor, celing is falling from top floor ( photos attached) inside 88-B and the rusted metal bar are showing.

I had contacted Asian paints team to do water proofing from inside side 88-B though I was advised by Asian paints personal waterproofing is not possible from our side as this leakage from top floor (88-C). The Asian paint representative advised that due to the leakage the ceiling has deteriorating that rebar are rusting this can impact the structural integrity of the building .

I requested the Asian paint representative to speak to the resident of 88-C and advise him as though the resident of 88-C is not willing accept what asian paints person advise as well and he told 88-C person not willing to get any work done.

I would request you please help considering my mother is 81 year old and this problem has impacted her health as well due to the mould in the house .
I would request you please help as she very unwell and the problem is not helping

Sir,
I am seven months pregnant women.my lipid profile and Hemoglobin is below normal limits.Doctor suggested to walk for atleast 1 hr .I get time in the evening after 7 pm .Due to pregnancy there will be increased frequency of micturition.But ladies Toilet lock is always found to be locked .I feel inconvenience and won't be able to complete my walk and I had to go early.moreover light are not fully on even at 7:30 pm .It makes tracks fadely visible .so it ls humble request to resolve this problem as early as possible

I am resident of Rosewood Apartment Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi, my balcony is going to collasped any day, this needs repair, and my neighbour has kept heavy flower pot, many times requested, but all in vein.
Kindly look into the matter.

I am writing to make a complaint in the delay of your refund process. Surrender request was made on time and until today neither the refund status has changed nor I received any money in my account.

This is such a shame that i need to chase for it, nobody responds to emails, nobody picks up the phone, no response on facebook. Is this for real?

Shaam 8 PM ke baad wahan light bhi proper nhi jalti hai jiska fyada ladke aur ladkiya pura uthati hai .ladke aur ladkiya asleel harkat karti hai... Kiss karna, ### karna, jaisi bhi harkat karti hai... Jis se wahan walk karne wale bada embarrassing feel karte hai...aur n hi koi Guard ghumta hai aur koi public rokti- tokti hai to usse fight tak karte hai ladke... Aur Dhamki dete hai ki kal dekhne ki... Jiss se koi bhi rokta nhi. Is se ab koi family bhi nahi aati...aisi jagah par... Pl. Koi action lijiye.. Light aur Guard ka arrangement kijiye...

My conveyance deed is not executed by DDA since 2018 in spite of my paying 100% of cost of the flat and stamp duty. Please look into the matter and help.

We residents staying in pocket -6, Sector-25, Rohini, we would like to complain for the garbage dumping near our house.

1)There is mountain of garbage, wet and dry both including hospital garbage which comes in the night for dumping which includes used injections, used needles etc.

2)Apart from this there is huge and massive group of people gathered every day for segmenting the garbage, they create noise, use slang and abusive language.

3)Post 7'o'clock in the evening it is a threat to go around as it becomes major hub for drug addicts.

4)This garbage is toxic and dangerous for health.
It leads to several other diseases.

5)There is lots of flies and foul smell throughout the day. It becomes worst during rainy days... At times it's difficult to breathe.

Please shift this Garbage dumping unit from this area.

This is not an appropriate area for this as this falls between two schools and residential houses.

We request you to please pay immediate attention on the issue.

It is a humble request that there is a skating floor in " Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Park " located in Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi 110024 (Near MCD and Dehli Jal Board office, Jalvihar Road). The Light poles are not available in that skating floor, due to which children are not able to practice skating after sunset. It is a humble request to you to kindly install some light poles in the outer circle of the skating floor. So that children will be able to practice more and more. It would be very grateful, please provide the light's in that skating floor. Thank you very much.

Iam Mk Mitra residents at site 1- 188 vikas puri.Sir, the reason for Complaint is that in my above house Site 1- 189 .4 floor work is being done in a unauthorized my family is in danger of life.
All this work is being done without pillar, I am a senior citizen and I am being treated badly.

All garbage spread here n there on the road, garbage collector brings garbage daily and distrubute garbage here and rest left on the road, here on this road nobody comes for sweeping, in mansoon season cant even stand in our balcony because of so many flies and smell .very worst situation here and in a capital of city nobody is listineng and solving the problem .i have complaint so many times in MCD but didnt get relief.
Lots of garbage collector comes here and speaks loudly and sometimes fighting using bad words . i dont expect this condition from DDA.

The repair work of squash courts in dda sports complex Rohini has been going on since forever now which should have taken just a few weeks. In this situation all the players are left helpless with no other alternative as there are no courts available nearby. The loss already done by the pandemic has only been magnified by the management's ill work.

A decade old Tree uprooted due to heavy rain in DDA PARK behind Sumermal School, Janak puri few days back. We can restore/revive this tree with some support to replant it alive.
