I got a call from a girl saying she is calling from ICICI bank and that she was trying to help me redeem some point that expired on my card. She took my complete card details and pretended that her manager would call. Someone by name sriram called up and he said they would swipe 6999 from my card and later return it as they would be purchasing gift vouchers from a company called AMTECH engineers and coupons would come from Dealsatonce. I checked their website it had nothing in it where i could redeem the coupons.

I have received a call from18.09.2014 one guy saying that my credit card points were got expired and he will make arrangements that I can able to redeem that points by purchasing some products for which I need not pay anything, instead they will make arrangements and send mail to the credit card issuing bank (in my case HDFCbank). Like this they have cheated me for worth Rs. 6999/- and send me some products which are useless. Please check this case and help me... Please help us out...

Some one named Raguram called saying that he is calling from ICICI Bank and said he will redeem my Debit card reward points by sending some items worth Rs.6999/ and it will be not deducted in my billing statement. They said a company named amtec engineers with provide this facility and it will not charge for it. But its charged. Kindly help me to send back my money asap [protected]

Hi All, I am also a victim of Deals at once. Some lady called me and said that I have not redeemed the points and will be able to do so and only for the sake of transaction I will be charged Rs. 6999/- and then they asked me to enter the Pin on the IVR. But none of them were reversed as promised. The worst part is, all the supposed to be redeemable vouchers on Deal at Once never works and all of them have the same Voucher number. The images of the items that they are displaying on their website is all copied from google and none of them are genuine. The products that they have sent are crap and of no use. I am really not sure if any actions are taken against such companies, even after several people reporting fraud. [protected]@yahoo.co.in

On25.09.2014I received a call from Mr Mohan saying he is an officer in Icici bank.Informed that My reward poit amounting to 6999points expiring and that they want my acceptance for sending gifts to adjust rewrd points I raised a doubt about authenticity iof call .Thereafter One Mr mohan styling himselef as officer ICICI bank called me and assured that Ill be getting gifts fromDealatonce.com for the value.& amount will be adjusted from my reward and took my acceptance .With in 5 mts Igot a message that my A/c is debited When I contacted the same mobile noMR Ramachandran) after few days it is switched off . Hence I have doubt about the call.Today I got the items which are not at all worth Rs6999.Gift coupon can be redeemed with Deal atonce .com by on line purchases.Magic card -discout card received along with the gifts can be used in a few shops only.Ifeel I am duped. Iam making complaint to ICICI bank also.

Bank requested to register a complaint ...without bank concern how can they raise a OTP and debit the amount to our card, both were involved in this fraud

They made call claiming they are from ICICI Bank and they convinced me that my Expired points of last year will be adjusted towards Deal At once offer costing 6992/-. They made me use IVR and do transaction. Now the phone is not reachable and Bank is not accepting dispute as they are saying they didn't make any call.

She asked me to purchase at dealatonce.com Rs. 6991/- and asked me to not to tell the sales about redeem Points and i purchasing this as per my wish . The same has been recorded by dealatonce.com sales and made me to purchase worth Rs.6991 which useless products for me.I have not got transfer any reward points till date as i told it will be get immediate credit in your account. I feel that this Dealatonce are making customers fools and selling there products.

Bank requested to register a complaint to police when i said that i have recorded the conversation with the lady on 04.09.14. Like this they have cheated me for worth Rs. 6991/- and send me some products which are useless.

I've been charged Rs 13K without my knowledge and issued few coupons along with useless TAB. whereas teh tab is in damaged condition and when i called to customer support, there is no response. Moreover, Mr. Devaraj (Customer Support Officer) is behaving aragant and not responding for my queriers to redemm that vouchers. Is this the your company support customer.. Much disappointed Thanks! I received a call from a guy who said that he was from HDFC. He asked me if I would like to redeem my reward points which got expired. They clearly flattered me throughout the call and made me pay Rs.6995/- for some worthless products which I am yet to receive. Please be cautious when picking calls like this. Beware of this phished site.

The online shopping website dealatonce.com is being run by amtec Engineers and Consultants. They make their own call centre executives to call selective customers and tell them they are from the bank like SBI, ICICI and cheat the customers telling them that their reward points on credit cards is not redeemed and has been expired. To get them redeemed, we need to give our card details without any questions being asked but just to accept their terms and conditons. On confirming hte card details, they perfectly sell their products by placing the order in the website for combo products such as Lotto shoes, duplicate tommy hilfiger watch and gift voucher worth Rs.9000 which can be redeemed in their website only. all the products are of poor quality and less price products not worth the price that they mention. When we call them and figure out that these are fraudulent transaction, they deny to refund the full amount but a partial amount was refunded. MY order value was Rs.6999/- but instead i have returned all the products back to them and asked for refunding the money. After huge hue and cry with great difficulty, i managed to get a refund of Rs.5500/-. However, they have not yet refunded my balance money. I wrote a mail regarding the same. but no response or reply. Beware of this cheating website.

They had given me a combo pack in which lotto shoes, Tommy Hilfiger wrist watch, Ray ban sunglasses & Nine thousand vouchers by the fake call from SBI credit card department. I was accepted all the items, But after that these all product is duplicates or copy product of the brands. All the items are in very bad condition. I have written the mail on friday 09.05.2014 on quality regarding but they not give me a reply of my mail.
