I had bought a phone on the website (https://www.dealbeams.com/) on 7-jan-2019 and was told that it will be delivered in 4-5 days. It been more than 15 days and i have not received the product.
The customer care number mentioned on their website[protected] was working fine when i placed the order but is not working for last 5 days. I was somehow able to get the contact number of the owner but even he is not attentive. I have reached out to him multiple times and he is also not taking any required actions.
I have even written to their grievance offer as per the instructions on their website but even no one has replied to that.
This website looks like a fraud website as neither the customer care works nor the chat functionality of the application works.
Please help or suggest a next step.
