It also happened to me, They didn't delivered the phone realme2, toll-free number not working, They mailed me that they will refund the paid amount in 3-5 days, I am waiting for refund..

To me also, they have mentioned that I will get the refund but nothing yet. Tollfree is down.. Tried the owner number...he is not picking the calls. We should all go to POLICE and raise the complaint.
Could you please share your email ID.
