I have purchased adobe acrobat xi pro key through dealkart india website on 16th jan and received confirmation email from them. I have been following up with dealkart through phone and whatsapp number and every time i get only one response that we are checking but till date not received the product key. Paid money through payu. Please shut this website to stop any future frauds.

Updated by [email protected] i received a call from DealKart no. [protected] and the person asked for account details of nationalized bank (SBI) where he can refund the money and when i said that you need to transfer to the account from where i paid the money. he said you wait for 2-3 years to get the refund and disconnected my call.

Please take strict action against this company.
