Dealkart — Office 2019 Pro license key sold by them is not working.

The Office 2019 Pro product key sold with order number #1045. The Microsoft license manager is popup as invalid license. Tried couple for reinstallation of the Office 2019 application. Still the key is not getting accepted by Microsoft. Had tried reaching by email. they directed to come in WhatsApp chat. When opened the chat and key in compliant no reply from the other side. Would need a proper Office 2019 retail key which can fix this issue.
