Dealkart — Microsoft Office 365 - Personal Edition With Lifetime License

I had purchased Microsoft Office 365 subscription from Dealkart in November, 2019. The offering mentioned lifetime access to Office 365 and Desktop app in their website and confirmation email.

I recently found out that I do not have any active license anymore when I started seeing "Product deactivated" message in Office apps.

When I reached out to Dealkart regarding this, the said they cannot help as they don't provide support beyond 3 days of purchase. When I asked them about next steps, they suggested I buy a new subscription !

This company is defrauding their customers by not mentioning clear terms and conditions. Their policy only states that they will not refund beyond 3 days of purchase - and I am not asking for a refund.

If they don't have any control over license, then they must either resolve this with their supplier or clearly state this in their policy. They can't sell a product stating lifetime access in product offering and later say they can't help.
