Dealkart — ms office 2016 - never received the license (order no 2466)

I have placed an order for ms office professional 2016 on february 15, 2019, since i didn't get any response from the seller i tried to reach them on the telephone number given on their website. The person attended the call was very rude and unprofessional and just hung the call without giving me an answer to my inquiry.

I have not done any background check about the company "dealkart" before i placed the order. I suspect that this company is not an organised one and worried if i am cheated. I have sent a mail to them requesting for a refund.
