I had the similar issue, placed order for redmi note 7 pro by paying rs13999 on april 10. No response from them.
Toll free number not getting connected. No response in chat or email.

Some one had contacted me saying they r going to make a law suit n need bank details n so...

Anyone from delhi could you please visit their address (14th floor eros corporate tower, nehru place, new delhi 110 019) and check if its the genuine one or a fake address as well.
This might help many of them.
