I have ordered redmi note 7 pro in dealmyntra.in money paid through phonepe 13999 on 13/4/2019 money deducted order was not confirmed and tollfree was not available we should fight against this fake online sites

My name is srikanth iam ordered a mobile on dealmyntra.in website the amount is ₹13999-/ pay using Bharatpe upi id that is [protected]@yesbankltd. Iam not received my order the order id is 21833. And iam not received my refund amount. The customer care number is not working that is [protected].
Please solve my problem.

I had discussed with IT professional about it and after his screening he said its 100 % fake, The cheater is from Jharkhand and created that domine on 23 March and deleted on this month. Complaint has been given already but let’s see, Try to make in front of media’s.

I placed an order for Redmi Note 7 Pro on April 9, 2019 Payment Method: (Google pay ).

Product is not delivered. I keep on Calling the customer Care but they are not responding.

Please do something, and make sure that the money should be refunded to me plzzzzz...

If you’re stupid enough to pay upfront to such a shady website, you have nobody else to blame.

Just file a dispute with your bank if you paid by card.

I have had the same issue. Paid 13999 on 11th Apr 2019 through BHIM. No EMAIL CONFIRMATION/sms and the phone number they have provided does not work also. We should all demand for refund and get that website closed. This is a fraud website cheating people all over.

But it has been 6 days now, product not yet received, they have not even provided any tracking details. There is also no response on customer care as well. They are selling products, but I doubt whether the products are delivered. Its a fake company & immediate action to be taken, so that innocent people are not victims to such frauds

I also had the same experience. I paid INR 16999 on 14th Apr 2019 through Google tez for redmi note 7 pro (128GB ROM, 6 GB RAM) . I did not get any confirmation mail or order Id or sms. their customer care number is not working.

I have placed an order of Rs.13999/- for Redmi Note 7 Pro through Phone Pay Txn Id:P1904140809455690565601. But no order id or booking details generated. I did not receive any email or SMS for the order after the transaction completion.

I had the similar issue, placed order for Redmi Note 7 pro by paying Rs13999 on April 10. No response from them.
Toll free number not getting connected. No response in chat or email.

I see most of the complaints from this site are related to only Redmi mobile and from only April.
Did anyone received the orders prior to this.

Anyone from Delhi could you please visit their address (14th Floor Eros Corporate Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110 019) and check if its the genuine one or a fake address as well.
This might help many of them.

I made an investigation about this dealmynthra it’s totally fake, they created this web on March 23d and fully they copied Myntra website font to look like a genuine company. They deleted the domine by this month. If anyone purchase through credit card plz block that card transaction cuz they are trying to hack bank accounts. Given complaint to cyber but don’t know how long it take to refund the money.

Today again received call from lady naming herself as Divyanshu (truecaller shows as Riya and as spam) from consumer forum from +91 [protected] . She provided below account details of lawyer

She asked me to deposit 2200 Rs first to lawyer account as fees, then they will refund my 13999 Rs. She was so desperate to get money. She had the details of my transaction done with dealmyntra. When I asked her how she has details without I providing to her, she said they have details of all e-commerce transactions and there are about 2000 complaints on dealmyntra.
I suspect she is part of dealmyntra and they want to extract more money.
2200 Rs * 2000 people = 44 lakhs
When I asked her to send me mail from her company mail id, she said she can’t do that just to get Rs 2200. Even I asked her to send blank mail for which she was not ready.
She was very arrogant in the way she spoke.
People be careful and chose right method to get your refunds and do not lose more money.

They made a new domine deal.in so that means they are still wanna to continue this cheating side..but one thing I'm surprised where is the law and order of this country.
