Today I received call from Mob no: [protected] at 10:15 hrs dt.04.03.2017, she spoken I am from icici bank debit card section, your reward points is lasing we will add and send you the new debit card, then I provided the my Icici debit card no: [protected], after few minutes I received the main from icici debit card section, your card is going to upgrade 3D secure . then I believe and provide the my cvv no and OTP, immediately in my account Rs.8458/- is deducted . I called icici bank customer care and verified regarding this transition, they told that you are done online transaction on deals mantra, they register the complaint request provided the request No: SR[protected] and blocked the my card.
