Deals Mantra — Unknown person calling me and misuse of my card

Updated by pradeep010 Hi this is pradeep jain a person named mohit called up telling he is from icici reward payback department . he told me that an amount of rs. 13900 is been lying in my account which if i wanted can claim as cash back or can be transferred to my credit card. In his first call he told me that i need to pay 8459 to claim my money but i refused and dropped the call but the amount got debited from my card account. after that i called him up for reversal of this transaction he told that u have to give ur card no on which i will receive otp, i gave him the otp and suddenly another message came of 8444 debit to my card account on dealsmantra_EPAYKERE THE TRANSACTION HAS NOT DONE BY ME BUT A HACKER HAS CALLED UP SAYING THAT HE IS FROM ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS DEPARTMENT. THIS FRAUD HAS BEEN DONE TODAY i.e., 07/11/2016 on my citi card [protected]. kindly i want the person in dealsmantra to not accept this amount from my card so i can get refund for it. the person used two mobile nos. [protected]/[protected]
