Deals Mantra — Credit card hacked | |||||
On 24.01.2017 I got an sms that Rs 8.438 has been debited from my citibank credit card for a transaction done through a payment gateway called deals_mantra which I'm totally unaware of. Me nor anyone related to me has done this transaction. I also want to acknowledge that none of the sensitive information like OTP nor 3d secure password has been shared with anyone. Transaction id is 637273. I can share all the details like registered mobile number and email whenever you require for further investigation. As far as my part is concerned, I have immideately alerted and got my card blocked. I'm even contemplating to file an FIR with the local police station. please look into the matter from your end and take the necessarry action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
