Deals Mantra Epay Kerala — Fraudulent transaction through my SBI credit card No:[protected] (Since Blocked) in the name of Anjan Kr Mandal

Dear Sir,
On 28.06.2016 a transaction of Rs.7762/= took place through the above card through your establishment against the Authorization Code No:0157402.
As I have proceeded for lodging complain to police Authority as well as to proceed for legal action I require the following information urgently;

1) Who or from where the order was placed (Pl provide the details) through my above card;
2) whether the relevant goods have at all been delivered & if so who received the goods and if possible kindly provide the copy of acknowledgement of receipt which is most urgently required by the police Authority
