My name is C K Sankaranarayanan and I am a senior citizen aged over 80 years. I was called by a person who said he was from RBL card division. He had my information such as card details, secret question, etc and then said I was going to be upgraded to a lifetime free card. Later I got an sms that a charge of Rs 8459.00 had been initiated on my RBL credit card at dealsmantra_EPayKerela on 06/09/2016. I was told by this man that is was a credit against my reward points before upgrading the card. Though I have not provided the OTP I received by sms to anyone, my card got charged for this amount. I checked with RBL who told me this is a fraud. Please prevent this company from cheating any more people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
