I placed an order for a new redmo nite 4 mobile phone on 14th june and paid them 9999 through paytm. On 17th o got an demail that your order # plghermjo has been shipped but i did not get any tracking details. On 21st june when i accessed their website, the website was down and only had a message saying "sorry for the inconvenience. We are facing a rush. All orders are delayed by 15-20 days. If you want a refund email us and all refunds will be processed by 31st june, 2017. When i call their customer care number which is [protected] it just says"all representatives are busy". I emailed them for a cancellation and refund to [protected]@dealsmarket.in but no response has been received. I believe i have been a victim of fraud and need your help and getting my money back.
