Deals Market — Online mobile purchase fraud done by Deals Market

Dear sir/ ma'm,

I had purchased "Redmi note 4, 64Gb" from www.dealsmarket.in website for Rs. 11, 049.15/- on 11th june, 2017. I made the payment through my ICICI Credit card, and payment was transferred through a Payu account.

I was directed to a safe payment site of Payu money where I had made the payment via credit card. Soon I received a confirmation mail from payu money regarding the successful transaction, the copy of which I have attached herewith.

On 12th June, I received a mail from "Deals market" stating that my order has
been processed, I have herewith attached the copy of the same for your reference.

On 16th June, when I had called up their customer care no. [protected], A lady informed me that the shipping was already done via. Overnite courier and she gave me a courier tracking no. [protected].

On 19th June, when I received the aforesaid courier, I shocked to see just a slip envelop with a piece of paper in it.

I received the courier from following address-
Dmarket, 5, SDN Complex, Haridwar- 249407

Being suspicious about the envelop, I called up their customer care, before receiving the courier. The lady on the phone informed me that its just a welcome letter in it, and the phone had been couriered and I shall receive it by tomorrow (20th June) morning by 11am. When I insisted her to give me the tracking no. of that courier she procrastinated and said that I would receive a mail for the same by evening. Which I did not receive till date.

These fraudulent people have cleverly kept the billed invoices on their website only, rather than mailing a pdf file to the customer, and had emailed only a link leading to the invoice on the website. Now since the website is down. The victims no longer have an access to their purchase invoices.
I suspected this earlier and had taken a screen shot of the invoice which I had attached herewith.

Now their website www.dealsmarket.in, is stating message as follows,

They are buying time to clearup all the evidences. Their customer care no. [protected] is just working on IVR, with no customer care executive to respond, since 20th June. I also have all the recorded voice calls.

I need guidance for getting the money refunded.
