On 03.02.2017 with order no [protected]. And i get the product on 10.02.2017 via ecom express withshipment no[protected] shows product deliveried from www.scmforyoy.com, after payment i opened the sealed packet and when i am going to use the product though the mi 10000mah powerbank working for some time it back up 1/2 an hour but samsung 25000mah not working i just charging my phone just for 1 to 2 seconds so please make the necessary arrangements to replace the products with the non faulty one. Thanking you. Make necessary steps as soon as possible.
