[Resolved] Dealsothon — Misleading communication & Fraud

I had booked Panasonic Beard & Hair trimmer (Model: ERGB30) on Dealsothon on 20th August 2014. TIll date I had not got delivery, I tried to call customer care many times. They are not giving right information, only feedback is your product will get shipped tomorrow. On contrary they are forcing to shop for additional 5000 Rs & claiming that both deliveries will be shipped together. Please help how I can get the money back, seems that this is a fraud

TIll date I had not got delivery, I tried to call customer care many times. They are not giving right information, only feedback is your product will get shipped tomorrow. On contrary they are forcing to shop for additional 5000 Rs & claiming that both deliveries will be shipped together. Please help how I can get the money back, seems that this is a fraud

TIll date I had not got delivery, I tried to call customer care many times. Lat week I raised complaint on website & they promised delivery till week end. They also told me that the product is ordered, but I had not got the delivery till date. There is no confirmation from Dealsothon Side.
