Dealsstuff — did not get my refund | |||||
I ordered Redmi note 7 pro which cost 16999/- on date 10th April 2019. I made payment via paytm which was only option to pay the amount. Then they cancelled the order due to undeliverable shipping address on date 15th April 2019. Then I mailed them is it possible to change shipping address then no response from dealsstuff then I gave them my account details via mail n also via WhatsApp to refund amount. Still no response from dealsstuff. Its huge amount n I want my refund ASAP so please kindly register my complaint and do needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered Redmi note 7 from dealsstuff at 9999 rps on 06 June 2019 and the payment was done online through only source of paytm. On 13 June 2019 they informed me on message source on their website that they don't have the product available.Accordingly they themselves cancelled the order and told me that the payment will be done in 2 working days. It's 20th June today still not received the payment. I honestly feel it a fraud/fake people out there handling the website.

I ordered Honor 9 lite on 15-April-2019 price 7, 999/-, Till today 23-Apr-2019 i am not sure about my product delivery and there is no update on delivery status on website. Even worst is that no one is responding to my calls.

I orderded Redmi Note 7pro last week for Rs. 13999/-. Today i got the mail that your order is cancelled. And no one is replying to mail or picking the call which is a fraud case. I am waiting this week and then will file FIR in IT cell of police dept, Chennai against dealsstuff.com for the fraud they are committing on daily basis and looting many customers.
