Dear sir,

I placed an order to the dealzkart.com for "pack of 3 premium quality shorts, xl". Of rs. 598.

The order no. Was – [protected], dated – 28.07.2017 (Product type – cod, quantity : 1, value : 598) of "pack of 3 premium quality shorts, xl".

I receive a very "inferior and faulty" product from dealzkart.com. The i went to their site to look for their return policy. I could not find. Then i got the mob. No.

I tried to contact the mob. No. Available from dealzcart site ([protected]). But this mob. No. Was switched off. Then after 5 days, i have made a complain in "grahak surakha". Finally i received a call from their staff (Mob. No. [protected]).

Initially he said that "ok your product will be refunded give me your account no. And credit card no. I was surprised. The i gave him my daughter paytm no. Then he said that since you have complained against the company in"grahak suraksha", the return of your product will take around one month. You have to wait till our courier boy will receive the packet from your home.

My order no. Was – [protected], dated – 28.07.2017 (Product type – cod, quantity : 1, value : 598) of"pack of 3 premium quality shorts, xl".

Since then i was waiting for the courier boy and till date no further action was taken from them.

Kindly help me to get my money as soon as possible.
