I had admitted in fortis hospital from 25/9/18 to 29/9/18 for postate gland operation considering orietal insurance policy no-313102/48/2018/4073 & ma id-[protected]. My total bill rs75506/ & rs 52000/- was sanctioned as cashless facility during operation by medi assist. Remaining balance (Rs23506/-) was claimed on 5/10/18 vide claim no 18014962. Claim status is shown 'information awaited" for 2 and 1/2 months. While i asked to medi assist about its claim position they replied that the bill will be sanctioned after completion of internal enquiry. Please settled my balance bill of rs 23506/- as early as possible.
