Non-registration of land (Residential plot)

I have purchased a plot of land(residential plot) from the company stated above through instalment payment mode.The full and final payment is made in 2012.The company neither arrange to register the said land nor informed the status of the said land till today.An amount of Rs.3, 75, 000 has paid as monetary consideration for the property.
