Decathlon — Extra billing from my credit card

Hi decathlon team,
I am Kamakshya Nath Panda purchased some sports wear and bag from dehradun decathlon store on 18th september 2022. Recently they installed self service payment line where I made two payments of Rs.2296/- and Rs.199/- using my credit card (WIFI service) on my name unfortunate one more transaction of Rs. 2553/- happened using my credit card which I didn't know. After seing my credit card bill statement I got to know about it and immidiately contacted to decathlon customer care. They suggested me to mail on care.[protected]@decathlon.com along with details of transactions. I did that 4 day ago till now I didn't received any respond from them. Even I have contacted dehradun decathlon store and they have ensure me that they will look into the matter unfortunately till now I didn't get any respond regarding this.
Kindly take this type of issues seriously, as soon as possible.
