Message: I had used gift voucher to order stuff from decathlon. One of the product was not as expected and i had returned it. As a refund i received notification saying my refund of ₹499/- will be in the form of voucher but i never received any new voucher. I was of the assumption that it will be refunded to my old voucher. The other day when i visited Mangalore Decathlon(Bharat Mall) they informed me that my voucher has only ₹6/-. I have been writing email from past one week to care.[protected]@decathlon.com but i have not received anu response even after they telling it will be responded within 24 hours. Ticket ID[protected]. I would like to receive immediate response or i will have to find other ways to bring this irresponsibility to light so that others dont face the same in future

Had emailed decathlon on 19th July of the fact that football pump and pins were not received .
Asked for name of person that accepted the package, they could also have called the recipient whose mobile phone number was provided to them.

decathlon Ticket ID[protected]. Return email said that it should be resolved in 24htrs.

No sign yet of the item nor further communication received from them.

I had purchased a rockrider st-100 on 10th july 2022 . after 5-6 days my cycle is having so many problems in it like gear shifting chain and paddle loud noise and many more in accessories . so i need to get my bicycle repair refund or replace as soon as possible . decathlon i am very dissatisfied and disappointed from your service

I purchased a bicycle on 10 july 2022 . it was ok in riding and all but after 5-6 days the cycle gears are not working and it is having a lot more problems like chain sound, paddle sound and mamy more problems . I need this to get fixed DECATHLON and i am very disappointed and unsatisfied by your service

I ordered 10 items with 20 quantity but got delivered only 10 quantity instead of 20 but now whilw contacting customer care they say the fault is not from their side hence they will not do anything to help me its already been 13 days still they are telling they will not help

My sub order id is 11589329 dated 14 Jun 22, i cancelled order same time. but company has not initiated my refunds till date.

Decathlon - i have ordered product from Decathlon app but they are not delivering to my address, there is no order cancel button, I did the payment so i need my money back, custom service is not responding.

Group of people not allow to play for 4, hrs from 17.30 to 20.30 daily. Always book the ground. As per your sop slot its 45 min. But it was book for 4 hrs continuously.
Do the needful. I have complain to manager of guwahati location. But they said they r helpless due to technical issue.

I used to be a big fan of decathlon products and services. But all it takes is one incident to identify the real values of a company.
This is regarding my order # [protected]. It was delivered to me in a tempered condition by the delivery person in the name of no-contact delivery. Out of 6 products which I have ordered 5 of them were missing and the package was taped on the top. (which was not from decathlon for sure).
Its been more than 15 days since I am doing the follow-up and none of the people from Decathlon are responding to me. I am surprised how they can simply get away with these incidents by blaming it on customers. I was quite shocked to get this kind of response from Decathlon, I used to be a big buyer of Decathlon products and loved their services. But after this, I really need to think twice.

but due to size problem i have to return the product on same date.

This is regarding my Online decathlon order, Order ID: [protected].

I have ordered a total of 11 items through Decathlon online APP.

When I received the delivery there were 8 items present in the delivery box and 3 missings.

I couldn't find any option rather than email to Decathlon Email ID: care.[protected]@decathlon.com. I immediately sent an email regarding the issue to the decathlon.

But in response, they are saying that they have delivered everything from their end they can't do anything.

I have taken a lot of follow-ups for the same issue with the decathlon customer support team but getting the same response that it's not their fault.

I want a refund for the items which were not delivered to me.

Order was placed on 19th Friday at 5:54pm
Payment was made through Giftcard and the remaining was from HDFC debit card emi
Everything got successful but the order is still processing. I was expecting the take away order in 2 hours but it failed . Do find the attached screenshots for more clarity.

I've placed an order (Containing 2 pairs of shoes & a 30L Hiking Bag) worth Rs.2097/- on[protected] from Decathlon, Gachibowli, Telangana. The order was confirmed by the store the very next day on 22nd Sep. Not even a single call I got from the delivery service (Delhivery) uptill now. I've been trying to cancel my order by various means but failed to do so as there was no option available in Decathlon mobile app. I've contacted "care.[protected]@decathlon.com" 15 times to cancel my order but got no positive response from them. They reply back asking me to wait for the call from Delhivery and then ask them to cancel the order. The problem is they never tried to reach me, never called me since this order is placed. Please resolve this ASAP. I just want my money back.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from Decathlon. There was some issue in that shoe so i visited to store and they have taken my request for money refund on 2nd of September'2021. Today is 27th of September still money not refunded. As per their written process i have shared my bank details for refund but still i am having an issue with them.

They have one of the pathetic illeterate customer service. U will never go through the call as their executives are dammmmm busy. If you ask for the call back the illeterates will never call back.

@Steve Dykes: Never expected this from atleast a reputed brand name like this. U should definetley look into your cutomer service and delivery partners.

I left my Bike 340 for general servicing at Decathlon Hosur Road branch in Bengaluru on 30th July 2021. I was told there will be a delay and will take 5-6 days to return, due to high number of bikes due for servicing. It was after 10 days, when I dialed them to know status, To my shock they had not even picked my bike for servicing until I dialed them. Then they said, it will be delivered within 2-3 days, since there was some rust due to which they couldn't remove the hub, they said it has to be taken to a welding shop and hence 2-3 days. But, I am writing this on 18th day and have not received any update from them.

Today I went to Decathalon Zirakpur. When I was coming out of the showroom they checked my bags. And frankly speaking this was damn embarrassing in front of other customers they were checking my bags like anything just because I did not purchased anything. I really did not expect this kind of behaviour from decathalon. In front of other customers its very insulting

Recently Purchased a TT Bat from Decathlon, the delivery has not been given to me, but they are showing it as delivered, I contacted the customer care and they are confirming that it is delivered, For a prepaid delivery the agent has not even contacted me i don't know who he has delivered the product to.

Hello decathlon, i ordered track pants from decathlon online site on 10 january 2021 with an order id [protected]. it says my payment is declined but amount of 1128 rs was deducted from my account. pease help me to get my money back as soon as possible

Decathlon is forcing customers to share their phone number, e mail ID. If you don’t share these details, customer will be chased out of shop without billing.
How appropriate if some one cant shop if he/she doesn’t have phone number or don’t want to share phone number ?

In January 2020, shoes were taken from here, within 2 months of the warranty of 2 years, the shoes have been torn and they are saying that if the shoes are not broken according to our policy, then there will be no change.

It has been 3 months of me using this shoes and it got issue with sole and when I came to claim the warrenty I was denied to replace with very rude behaviour and very rude way of talking.

It's been 1 week since the promised delivery date from decathlon, i haven't yet received my order. Decathlon stopped responding to my emails. I have called them several times, but they'll always say we'll check and get back, and then never get back. I can't cancel the order from their app.
I placed my order on 23/09/2020 and the expect delivery date was 07/10/2020.Its been one weeks now and there is no update regarding my order.Whenever i write a mail all that I get in response is to wait and expect delivery within 24- 48 hours.Please take some action so that i can receive my order or refund which is possible.My order number is [protected]

I have ordered three item and now its almost a month, the order has not delivered.

And the customer care service is worst as they do not even provide any proactive update or they are unable to provide minimum update also.

Looks like Decathlon is becoming next online 'cheater' service provider.

Government should take steps against Decathlon.
